Mike Tyson’s four-year-old daughter tragically died on Monday night after accidentally strangling herself.

The former boxer’s youngest daughter, Exodus was found by her older brother hanging from an electrical cord which was attached to a treadmill in the gym at her mothers home in Phoenix, Arizona.

Exodus had stopped breathing by the time her seven-year-old brother, Miguel found her and her mother Monica Turner attempted CPR and phoned for an ambulance.

Responding officers and firefighters performed CPR on Exodus as they rushed her to a nearby hospital, where she was in “extremely critical condition” and on life support.

Tyson flew in to be at her bedside while she battled for her life. She died just a few hours later.

Police Sergeant, Andy Hill was one of the first to arrive at the tragic scene. He said, “It’s so tragic. Exodus was playing by herself when she got tangled in the cord which was attached to an exercise treadmill.

“It acted like a noose and she was obviously unable to get herself out of it. We don’t know how long she was hanging, but it could have been a couple of minutes”

A spokesman for Tyson, 42, released a statement on the one-time heavyweight champion’s behalf, saying: “We are grateful for the tremendous outpouring of love and prayers from all over the world.

“There are no words to describe the tragic loss of our beloved Exodus. We ask you now to please respect our need at this very difficult time for privacy to grieve and try to help each other heal.”

Reports have said that at the time of the incident, Monica was cleaning in another part of the house.

Tyson- who has been jailed for rape and drug offences as well as banned from boxing for biting part of Evander Holyfield’s ear off in a boxing ring fight-recently admitted he had turned his life around to spend more time with his seven children.

Tyson-who was filming a documentary at the time of accident said, “I’ve been sober for two-and-a-half years and I’m working hard to keep out of trouble. If there’s a transformation it’s because of my children. I want to be a proper father.”

Michael Jackson is said to be waiting to find out whether he requires radiotherapy to treat his alleged skin cancer.

Reports are claiming that Jackson, 50, had cancerous growths removed from his nose and chest in a shave biopsy operation in Beverly Hills on Thursday.

The ‘Billy Jean’ singer now faces a torturous wait for results to find out if the surgery was successful.

The Sun, have claimed that if the operation failed to eradicate all the diseased cells, the star will need weeks of grueling radiotherapy.

If this is the case, it is highly likely the treatment will effect his scheduled dates at London’s O2 arena.

Yesterday it was announced that Jackson is postponing the start of his ‘This Is It’ comeback shows.

The first concert of the 50-night run will now be on 13^th July, five days later than initially planned.

 Shows planned to take place on 10^th, 12^th and 14^th July have been put back to March 2010.

Friends of Jackson have said he is worried sick and plans to spend the next few days praying for his health.

A source said: “It’s about waiting and praying now.”

However Randy Phillips, president of AEG Live who are the promoters behind his forthcoming residency, has strongly denied Jackson has cancer and claimed the set backs are merely due to the show being “massive and technically complex”.

He also put an end to wild rumours surrounding the stars health saying that: “Michael is not sleeping with elephants and not suffering from skin cancer” adding, “He’s in great shape. I’d trade my body for his tomorrow.”

Fans who bought tickets for the postponed shows – including hundreds who live as far away as Australia and South America – are fuming over the changes.

Ticket holders who can’t make the new dates will be given full refunds, however AEG Live refuse to offer compensation for travel and accommodation.

Katie Price has ordered for all of her husband’s belongings to be removed from the family home.

The mother-of-three-who is due back into the UK today, (20.05.09) with her two children, Junior, three and 23-month old daughter Princess Tiaamii-has ordered for her staff to remove all of her husbands possessions  out of their £2.5 million home in Surrey, South England.

A source told Britain’s The Sun newspaper, “Katie’s still very hurt after Pete dumped her and wants to get him back. She phoned up and was screaming down the phone at staff to get rid of all his stuff.

“They were asking what she wanted out and she was screaming, ‘Everything, everything!’ None of them wanted to do it to Pete, because he’s been kind. But Katie didn’t really leave them much choice.”

Price made the phone call while out in the Maldives where she fled after the split was announced to the press last week.

Peter also left the UK and fled to Cyprus to be comforted by close family and friends.

The source added, “Peter is in for a bit of a shock. Everything he owns has been taken from the home and put into storage.”

Peter, 36, will see all his worldly possessions placed into storage, including his designer clothes, jewelry, family photos, gym equipment and copies of his first CDs.

The couple are due to meet for the first time tomorrow to discuss the arrangements for the children they have raised together. Peter who has two children with the model, Junior and Princess Tiaamii, also wants access to Jordon’s son, Harvey, six, from a previous relationship who he has grown to love and care for as his own.

In an interview with OK! magazine, Price denies claims that her wild nights out partying led to the couple’s separation.

“Pete can’t blame this on me drinking. I hardly ever go out.” She protested.

“Over the five years of our relationship I have probably been out 20 times, which is unusual for a woman of 30.

“I’m not a party girl and I don’t drink at home so when I go out I can get drunk quickly.”

Meanwhile, Katie has insisted she will no longer cry for Peter and plans to move on with her life, nine days after the separation was announced.

The 30-year-old beauty said: “No other guy has made me cry as much as Pete. But I’m not going to shed another tear over him. I don’t want us to split up. I love my husband but I can’t sit around crying. This is a new story and new chapter in my life.”

Mel Gibson’s new lover is reportedly pregnant.

The ‘What Women Want’ star-who already has seven children with estranged wife Robyn- is to have a baby with Russian singer Oksana Grigoreiva in autumn 2009.

The news of the pregnancy has already been announced to Robyn and his other children who were reported to not take the news very well.

A source told the National Enquirer Magazine, “In late April, Mel gathered his children at the family home in Malibu and broke the news that Oksana is pregnant, and he expects them to accept the baby as a new sibling.

“They are quite upset. Even though Mel assured them the pregnancy was unplanned, they’re furious with him, and say they’re going to take steps to protect their inheritance, which they feel is in jeopardy.”

Last month saw Mel and 39-year-old lover-who already has a 12 year old son with ex partner and former Bond star Timothy Dalton- make their first public appearance together.

The couple attended the industry screening for ‘X-Men Origins: Wolverine at Hollywood’s Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles.

 A source close to Madonna recently told Heat Magazine that the star was furious she was unsuccessful in adopting Mercy James, and visited Mama Love to help her in her mission.

 The newly divorced Madonna phoned the psychic on her return from Africa in the hope of finding an explanation for her failure to adopt the three-year-old.

 The source said: “She has turned to Mama Love before and she knows she gets the answers and advice she needs from her.
