According to Forbes in their good-as-gold list of who’s who among the rich and the famous have ranked this year on their number fifth spot of the highest earning Hollywood couple as David and Victoria Beckham. Last year, they had been on the third spot of this very list but in 2010 they seem to have gone a little poorer than usual.

So if you are thinking and hoping that you will be able to spot Victoria in some retail sweat pants and maybe catch David grabbing a Starbucks coffee on his way to a regular job you are going to be highly disappointed because even though they have grown poorer in the eyes of Forbes, they have still managed to bag home 31 million pounds of money and that is as good as it gets as many of us would consider.

However the sad part is that even though they earned so much money and most of us would consider that as a lot, they have been side tracked by the super celebrity couple Beyonce and husband JayZee who together earned close to 83 million pounds last year putting them at the top of the list this year. Although the great news is that the Beckham’s are the only British couple to have made it to the top five of this particular list in Forbes magazine.

Maybe Victoria needs to pick up a few pointers from the reigning King and Queen of the list, Beyonce is known to have earned the maximum amount in the couple’s total earning, where she is said to have earned 61 million pounds. Her earnings are got through her efforts in the music industry as well as the businesses that she oversees as well as the products that she endorses. Not only her husband JayZee also has some of the most popular songs on the charts as well as the fact that he performs around the world as well as endorses popular products. Whatever their winning combination is it definitely is great as they have overtaken every other couple especially the Beckhams’ who were expected to do nothing else but earn more this year.

In the Beckham household the person who earns the most money is David who earns it through his contracts with the AC Milan as well as Los Angeles Galaxy; his endorsements however are not as much as Beyonce’s are. In any case, between this couple it is David Beckham who does most of the earning as compared to the other couples on the list.

Victoria Beckham is set to move to Italy this summer. 

The former Spice Girl, who currently lives in LA with her three sons while her football ace husband plays for AC Milan, has decided she doesn’t want to live apart from David any longer and wants them all to live under the same roof. 

A source said, “Victoria loves American but all the flying back and forward is starting to take its toll, and being apart from David has been really hard for them both. She loves her friends and her life in Los Angeles, but it doesn’t make up for the fact she is so far away from her husband. 

“At heart she is a mum and a wife and she wants to do the best for her family.

“Victoria hated the idea of moving to Milan at first, but she has warmed to it. Plus she doesn’t want David to be on his own too long away from her and the kids.”

David has been in Italy since January and is due to return to America next month to continue his contract with Los Angeles. However, it has been reported that AC Milan want to sign him on a permanent basis for next season which is due to start in August. 

At present Victoria is searching for a family home and a school for their boys, Brooklyn, 10, Romeo, six and four-year-old Cruz.

The source added to Britain’s Star Magazine, “Victoria has said the kids were hoping to stay in Los Angeles, where they have settled in, especially Brooklyn. But they are used to moving a lot now. They are well-rounded kids, so Victoria is not worried about them adjusting to a new home and a new school.”

Victoria Beckham has set herself a strict fitness and beauty regime in a bid to stay young and fresh.

The 35-year-old former Spice Girl is so frightened of getting and looking older, she is doing everything she can to stop time and stay young and beautiful.

A source close to the star said, “Victoria really felt that 35 was a turning point. Since moving to Los Angeles in 2007, she has been surrounded by Hollywood stars and she wants to keep up with them.”

At present, the mother of three’s sexy footballer husband is living in Italy while he plays for AC Milan, so to keep her self busy, Victoria has rejoined her exclusive old gym, which also boosts a luxurious spa.

The source added, “Victoria was working out at home with David. But now he is in Milan, she hates working out alone. So she rejoined the gym.

“She seems to be asking for more treatments -she has more treatments than any other member.”

Victoria who is known for her extreme dieting and petite figure, has forced her body upon a strict diet to keep her slim figure. 

The source revealed to the Britain’s Star magazine, “Her diet consists mostly of fish and vegetables. She works hard at it every single day. She knows she is getting older, so is very particular about what she eats. 

“She also drinks lots of water-at least two litres a day. It is great for her skin and it helps keep her body from holding onto sodium, which makes it looks bloated.”

The star has also taken up running, and pounds the treadmill an impressive five times a week. 

Pals of the celebrity couple, Gordon and Tana Ramsey who have just completed the London marathon, want Victoria to join them in the race next year.

Tana who finished the race in 4 hours 34 minutes, said, “Victoria and David rang last week to wish us good luck for the marathon. She is running every single day, Monday to Friday and loving it. She looks incredible too. 

“We are trying to convince Victoria to join us in a marathon so we will see. She’s promised to think about it.”

In today’s celebrity world, the women are diet crazy as they shed pounds in a week on ridiculous, unhealthy diets.

But she elevated sartorial suffering to new heights when she insisted on Christian Louboutin high heels for a trip to a theme park at the weekend, where as most would where a comfy pair of trainers or flip flops for a day a Universal Studios in Los Angeles, but Victoria tottered through the day in her six inch Louboutin’s, and her three young boys ran ahead in leaps and bounds whilst she hobbled behind trying to keep up. 

Mrs Beckham’s poor feet looked like they needed a day out too. ’Victoria’s feet looked almost out of shape, her toes were squashed down at the bottom of the shoe and her ankles were forced forward.” One onlooker that spotted on the day said. 

‘The shoes even look like they were too big for her. There was a huge gap at the back.’

But Victoria stood out from the crowds in a sleek black dress, oversize sunglasses and favourite Louboutins, she is rarely seen without her heels.

Even when she was given the honour of throwing the first pitch at an LA Dodgers baseball game she wore wedges rather than trainers.

‘I just can’t concentrate in flats,’ she has said.

We are all more than aware now that Victoria Beckham and arch-enemy Katie Price came face to face at Sir Elton John’s post-Oscars party, it is well known within the celebrity circuit that the former Spice Girl and the glamour model have been engaged in a bitter feud for years, but according to sources at the party Katie tried to bury the hatchet and approached Posh to say hello – only for the wag to snub her and completely ignore he attempts to finally clear the air. 

Katie, 30, spoke about the situation saying: “I saw Victoria and tried to approach her to say ‘hello’. But she blatantly refused to make eye contact with me. It was so rude. Instead she muttered something under her breath. She was definitely slagging me off and couldn’t get away fast enough. I was pretty p***** off but now I couldn’t care less. I won’t look her way again.”

Victoria, 34, sat at the far end of the marquee in Los Angeles’ Pacific Design Centre with Sharon Stone, Eva Longoria, Gordon Ramsay, Kate Beckinsale, Seal and Heidi Klum, ignoring Katie.

But before the night came to an end the glamour model’s husband, Peter Andre, went to make peace, much to Katie’s horror, expecting Posh to ignore him too – which Katie wouldn’t be able to cope with and has said if this had happened she would of most probably ended up making a scene. 

Peter said: “I wrapped Victoria up in a big hug. She was absolutely fine, a total sweetheart. I think she’s great so I went to apologise, she accepted the apology and was lovely to me.”

Fashion fanatic Victoria Beckham and her old rival ‘Jordan’ Katie Price, kept an icy distance away from each other at Sir Elton John’s Oscar bash as their decade-long feud refused to thaw regardless of the time that has past between their first frosty meet.

Posh Spice, 34, and Jordan, 30, were both invited to Sir Elton’s charity dinner and rumours were circling in Los Angeles before Sunday’s event that Victoria may not attend to avoid an embarrassing confrontation with her old enemy, as Katie is known to not hold back on her opinions!

But both Brit stars turned up for dinner after organizers were handed strict instructions to keep them apart throughout the evening,

Jordan was sat with X Factor judge Simon Cowell and his ex girlfriend Terri Seymour – who are both still good friends even after their split last year. Meanwhile Posh sat with her Hollywood pals Kate Beckinsale and Eva Longoria on the opposite side of the Pacific Design Centre venue.

The feisty pair first exchanged insults in 2000 after meeting through Jordan’s ex, former pop star Dane Bowers when Victoria recorded a song with him.

And a source has revealed: “Victoria didn’t want to give Katie the satisfaction of a face-to-face meeting and the opportunity to make a scene. She made sure she was sat as far away as possible and only left her table surrounded by her A-list pals once throughout the evening”

“She then left pretty soon after the ceremony. She thinks the whole thing is pretty pathetic and didn’t want it becoming the focus of the night.”

Victoria Beckham was among the fashionistas out in force at the opening of a new Armani store in New York, ‘Posh Spice’ wore a shimming, silver one shoulder number for the event hosted in the near freezing conditions in New York. 

The singer turned designer showed her latest collection in the city earlier this week and temperatures dropped as A-listers began arriving for the official unveiling of the new shop.

The Fifth Avenue store brings together all of the Armani brands under one roof for the first time. On the top floor is a restaurant over-looking the bright lights of the city, Posh was happy to pose for the cameras and show off her gorgeous figure in the shimmering outfit before stepping inside into the glittering strict invite only event. 

Other celebrities who were expected to attend as the evening drew on included Alicia Keys, John Mayer and Heidi Klum, the event did have some uninvited guests – in the shape of protesting bunnies! 

Organised by animal rights campaign group Peta, the demonstrators called on celebrities to boycott Armani over the fashion house’s use of rabbit skins from fur farms in France and China.

Paul Daniels recently leapt to his wife’s defence when unflattering pictures of her in a bikini appeared in the newspapers, and Paul responded by saying she looked better than Madonna. And judging from the couple’s latest pose, the 70-year-old magician has just as high an opinion of himself, as he and Debbie McGee who is 50, stripped off to recreate David and Victoria Beckham’s advertisement for Emporio Armani. 

Debbie McGee made a passable impression of Posh’s pout whilst posing in a polka-dot bra and knickers, but not even a pair of Armani underpants and fake tattoos could help her husband achieve Beckham’s footballer physique. The famous celebrity couple ‘The Beckham’s’ created the original advert for the Italian fashion label which was plastered across billboards and magazine pages when it was released last month. 

Previous to this image, pictures of Paul and Debbie on holiday in the Caribbean were attracting attention for an altogether different reason, Paul was ridiculed for wearing black loafers and pale blue socks on the beach – and his wife was pictured looking more curvaceous than usual, and Paul hit out at these nasty jibes by saying he thought his wife looked better than Madonna. 

This month, Miss McGee put on a top hat and fishnet stockings, mimicking a classic Madonna pose, proving she is more than happy to play up to the cameras.

David Beckham has admitted it was ‘very special’ to equal Bobby Moore’s England appearance record for an outfield player. During the 2-0 defeat by Spain Beckham came off the bench at half time to win his 108th cap and draw level with the legendary defender.

Only goalkeeper Peter Shilton, who made 125 appearances for England, has won more caps than Beckham and Moore and the former Manchester United midfielder is eager to prolong his career.

Beckham spoke out saying: “I never thought I would make 96 or 97, so to be on 108 now is something very special to me. I’ll take each game and each cap as it comes. This squad is growing and getting better and it’s good to be part of it.”

Beckham is currently on loan with AC Milan from Los Angeles Galaxy and believes his fitness and career has benefited from the move to the San Siro and he feels that staying in Italy will help him remain in Fabio Capello’s plans.

He spoke out saying: “Fitness-wise, it has done me the world of good. I’m a lot fitter than I was a few months back, even in the month-and-a-half that I’ve been there my fitness has gone up 100 per cent. I’m enjoying my football at AC Milan and hopefully I can stay there.”
