Britney Spear’s former manager Sam Lutfi is reportedly suing Britney and her parents, Lynne and Jamie Spears. Sam Lufti is taking up a lawsuit on the terms of a breach of contract and defamation – according to documents held at Los Angeles courts. Sam Lutfi is also claiming libel, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress. 

“Jamie and Lynne launched a campaign of lies and intimidation designed to destroy Lutfi and drive him out of Britney’s life, this campaign also provided Jamie with the opportunity he needed to obtain an appointment as Britney’s conservator.” 

Additionally, the lawsuit alleges: “Despite seemingly accomplishing their objectives, Jamie and Lynne have nevertheless continued their smear campaign against Lutfi. Thus, having no other alternative, Lutfi brings this action to defend himself against Jamie’s and Lynne’s persistent attacks.”

Britney’s father has recently has had a restraining order put into place against Sam Lutfi, after he accused Lutfi of harassing the Spears family, Jamie Spears and his lawyer who are in charge of over-seeing the singers affairs as co-conservators, have placed allegations that Lufti is working alongside two other men to concert and disrupt with disregard for Britney’s health and well being. 

Sam Lufti is also accusing of Britney’s mum of damaging his reputation in her book, ‘Through the Storm’ in which she makes allegations about Lutfi’s control over her daughter.

Lutfi’s attorney, Bryan J. Freedman said in a statement Tuesday that there is “overwhelming evidence from independent witnesses” proving his client’s case and that “at the time of the trial in this action, the jury will have an opportunity to weigh the credibility of the witnesses.”

Britney Spears is reportedly set to write her autobiography for $14 million dollars – nothing like the rich getting richer and the poor getting poorer… The star who recently released her single ‘womanizer’ will write three to five books covering her life, over the course of a decade.

Britney has already started to make plans for the book and will talk frankly about growing up and how she went off the rails. It’ll be a gripping read and I am sure it will be purchased by many, even if they are not actual fans of hers, people will be nosey and intrigued as to what is written in the book.

The books promise to be a ‘no-holds-barred account’ of Britney’s life since the singer will include personal diary entries to recount her experiences.

There have already been numerous unofficial biographies printed about Britney, but she’s never agreed to pen her own tome – until now. And some of the stories she’s got are absolute dynamite. She’s kept diaries so there’s nothing she’ll leave out unless she wants to.

If the deal goes ahead she will write between three and five books throughout the next decade – it’s one of the most lucrative book deals in showbiz history. Britney has planned to begin to write the first book once her world tour ends.

Britney Spears’ father, Jamie, stepped in when she needed him most, after she had suffered  a very public breakdown, and while no one doubts that he saved his daughter from self-destruction, it appears that he’s the one out of control now. Jamie has now started to try and control Britney’s life and he seems to not actually want her to have a life, Britney is surely starting to feel like some kind of prisoner. 

Brit’s dad was made permanent conservator over her estate and financial dealings, as well as who she can see or not see.  He controls every aspect of her life – professional and personal. Jamie Spears also recently took his daughter’s cell phone and now he’s fired her staff and ordered her new boyfriend to stay away.

Jamie is still very concerned about Britney’s behavior and is worried about her having a breakdown again, he’s decided he’s got no option but to take total control over her life to stop her hitting rock bottom.

It’s been reported that the 27-year-old singer is seeing choreographer Sandip Soparrkar and Jamie’s putting a stop to that as well. ”Jamie fears they might do the dirty on Britney. She’s annoyed but Jamie is determined to do the right thing even if it isn’t what she wants.”

Britney is trying to get her career back to the top and she can’t do that if her dad isn’t conservator, maybe Britney’s only option is to scarp her career, which she seems to be failing to reinvent, and put all her effort into getting her babies back and live a quiet and happy life.

Britney Spears has two sons with her ex-husband Kevin Federline, and apparently the 27-year-old singer wants a third baby with him, even thought the pair have had a rocky past and have been split for a while. But now that Kevin has a new girlfriend and is dating Victoria Prince, it’s putting a damper on her future plans.  And Britney has said she’s jealous and furious about Kevin being with someone else and is now more determined than ever to try and get him back, the green-eyed monster has reared it’s ugly head and a sense of ‘wanting what you can’t have’ seems to of hit Britney hard. 

According to close friends, Britney is “angry and jealous” that her baby daddy has a new, younger woman. ”Britney is furious with Kevin,” dishes the insider.  “They were seeing a counselor with the idea of getting back together. When she recently returned from concert performances in Japan, she learned he’d been out with a new blonde.

The pal adds, “Britney asked Kevin why he is seeing this woman – Kevin just shrugged it off, saying he is not married and free to do what he wants.”

This has now ruined her plans to have another baby with Federline, so she’s told him if he doesn’t give her another kid, she’ll just have one with someone else.  Maybe she is talking about having a baby with her new boyfriend. 

But Britney seems to have a plan, she is going to ask Kevin to come with her on her upcoming spring tour. She hopes that by spending lots of time together, it will bring them closer and they can work on their relationship.

Jamie Lynn Spears, 17, gave birth to daughter Maddie Briann in June this year.  However, months before, Jamie wasn’t happy with the amount of weight she was gaining through her pregnancy - and what better way to get rid of a few extra pounds?  Have them sucked out!  That’s what Jamie Lynn apparently did – she had liposuction while she was pregnant.

Jamie Lynn is worried that she may have harmed her now 5-month-old baby because she had plastic surgery during her pregnancy.  However, before we go blaming the then 16-year-old young mum, remember that because Jamie Lynn was underage, it would have to be a parent would have to approve the procedure – her mother, Lynne Spears.

Jamie Lynn Spears had just finished filming her hit TV show on Nickelodeon, Zoey 101, and she noticed she was putting on weight, and at this time she didn’t know that it was because she was pregnant.  She begged her mom Lynne, to let her get lipo.  

A source said, “Jamie Lynn didn’t know she was pregnant when she filled out the health questionnaire prior to the procedure.  Her mom approved the injections and went through tons of red tape to get the clinic to administer them to an underage patient.”  

Dr. Gary Burton, plastic surgeon, ”Any form of liposuction is dangerous and should not be performed on a pregnant woman as it poses serious health risks to the fetus.”

Jamie Spears – the sister of head shaving nut-bar Britney – has become a mother for the first time at the age of 17.

7lb 11oz Maddie Briann came in to the world yesterday morning at the Mississippi Regional Medical centre.

Mother and baby are reportedly doing well after Jamie’s natural delivery, which was witnessed by her mother Lynne and her fiancée Casey Aldridge – Britney sat patiently outside.

One source claimed: “Just the family was there. Everyone is healthy and happy. Maddie is gorgeous.”

Casey, 19, was said to be terrified of holding his baby for the first time in-case he dropped her, but probably not as terrified as the baby who has been born in to one hell of a crazy family.

Jamie’s friend’s say the actress will make a fantastic mother. One friend said: “We’re so excited for her. She’ll be a great mom. She’ll be awesome. She was so excited about having this child. She was looking forward to it so much.”

Britney flew to Kenwood, Louisiana, from her home in Hollywood home to be with her sister.

Jamie announced she was pregnant last December admitting that it was a shock but she was looking forward to being a mother.
