It has been reported this week that Jennifer Love Hewitt and Ross McCall have called off their engagement. Jennifer is a famous American actress and Ross is from Scotland, they have been dating for over two years and have appeared to have a very happy and healthy relationship, but they have split up shortly after the festive season was over, what a way to bring in a new year.
“They broke up over the holidays and have ended their engagement,” a source said, adding that Jen and Ross are “both really sad about this”.
The insider added that the news shocked friends of the pair, who hadn’t set a date for their nuptials, as they had “seemed really happy”. So the call off of their engagement has obviously come as a surprise to all their friends, and it doesn’t make sense why if the couple themselves are both sad about the break up.
Representatives for Crash actor Ross and Ghost Whisperer star Jennifer – who got her big break in TV series Party Of Five in the 90s – have not commented on their situation.
