Pink and Carey Hart are to renew their wedding vows.

The couple, who separated in February 2008, have since reunited and plan to hold an intimate ceremony to show those close to them how committed they are to making the relationship work.

A source said, “They want to have a ceremony at their house in Malibu on the beach at sunset. It will take place in early summer and will be very simple and small, with just their family and a few close friends.”

The couple married three years ago, and since their separation have remained close, with Pink posting on her blog that the pair still loved each other, were best friends and that it would remain that way.

The 29-year-old singer and 33-year-old motorcross racer were recently spotted spending a lot of time together, motor cycling and hiking, as well as celebrating the New Year together in Las Vegas.

Carey recently confirmed that they were trying to work through their problems and have told close friends the reunion is going well.

A close friend said, “They are very happy and spending a lot of time together. They broke up because of their busy careers, but they never stopped loving each other. They have always had a bond, but they needed time apart to realise that they wanted to continue their marriage.”

Pink, whose real name is Alecia Moore first met Carey at the 2001 X Games. The couple dated for a while until they tied the knot in Costa Rica in 2006.

Pink is currently on the road at the moment, but Carey is finding ways to keep himself busy. “I am really focusing on my business but also being a great athlete again,” he said. “It is something that is in me. I’ll be that guy who is 70 years old who is pounding through the desert on a dirt bike.”

I’m sure Pink will be pleased to hear that!

Pink said she has never dreamed that she would ever become number one in the USA and she didn’t know where else was left – apart from to conquer Lithuania! Apparently the star says “Its all about Lithuania from here on in! – I have done a lot but there’s so much more to come. I want to keep getting better. Creativity breeds creativity.” From an early age Pink wanted to become a successful rock star and she says she wrote songs as an outlet for her feelings.
